The beans are carefully hand-picked and sun-dried, resulting in a smooth and clean cup. PROCESS:

Washed

 

BREWING:

Espresso: 20g dosage. 25-30 second extraction.

 

Milk based: As above.

 

Filter: 12-15g for 200mL water (ratio approx 1:17)

To use our signature Pocket PourOver, tear off the top seal, hook the "handles" over the edge of your cup and pour hot water over the coffee. 

 

Stovetop: Similar grind coarseness as espresso. Ratio 1:12. Make sure the grinds are evenly spread out and not clumped together at the bottom of the filter.
